    Three ways in at the door

    A tablet kiosk with each family's four-digit code, a QR code on the wall that a parent scans with their own phone, or a printed door code for a side entrance.

    Keeps working when the wifi drops

    Sign-ins made offline wait on the device and go through when the connection comes back. Nothing has to be typed in again.

    Ratios by your state's age bands

    Each room's count is checked against the bands you set for the ages in it. A room that is one child from going over says so before it does.

    A health screen at the door

    Your own yes or no questions before check-in, for children and for staff. A flagged answer is marked for the office and never blocks a family at the door.

    Who collected, written down

    Only adults on the child's pickup list can sign them out, and the attendance sheet records who did it and when. A signature or a photo at the door can be switched on.
