Read your rooms' ratios
Each room shows the adults clocked in, the children checked in, and whether that is within ratio.
Where: Ratios
On the web, Ratios

- 1.
Open Ratios. Each room has a card.
- 2.
Read the word at the top of the card: Within ratio, One more child breaks ratio, or Out of ratio.
- 3.
Under it are the adults in the room against the adults needed for the children checked in. The line below says which age band sets the ratio, from the youngest child present.
- 4.
If a room is short, clock someone in to it or move a child, and the card updates.
Only staff clocked in to a room count for it, and only children checked in to that room.
