Child care software for Oklahoma centers
The parts of running a center that depend on your state, set up for Oklahoma instead of left for you to build.
Immunizations by your state's schedule
Each child's vaccines are checked against the CDC childhood schedule for their age, so the office sees who is due.
Staff-child ratios in Oklahoma
From Oklahoma Administrative Code 340:110-3, Licensing Requirements for Child Care Programs, 340:110-3-286 and Appendix GG (Child Care Centers, Drop-In Programs, and Part-Day Programs). In Farlow you set these bands once, and every room is counted against them as children check in and out.
| Age | Children per staff member | Largest group |
|---|---|---|
| Infants | 4 | 8 |
| 1-year-olds | 6 | 12 |
| 2-year-olds | 8 | 16 |
| 3-year-olds | 12 | 24 |
| 4-year-olds | 15 | 30 |
| 5-year-olds and older | 20 | 40 |
In a group of mixed ages, a mixed-age chart sets the ratio and group size by the youngest child, with a limit on how many of the youngest each staff member may have; a group may instead meet the single-age ratio and group size for its youngest child (OAC 340 Appendix GG, Mixed-Age Group Chart and Mixed-Age Group Exception).
The ratios here are for centers, drop-in and part-day programs; out-of-school time programs and day camps have their own (Appendix GG). Group sizes do not apply while groups are combined for outdoor play, meals, rest time and field trips (340:110-3-286(b)(2)).
Read on October 29, 2026 from the state's published rule. The rule itself is what an inspector goes by.
