    Two-step sign-in you can require

    A six-digit code by email, or an authenticator app, as well as the password, with recovery codes if a phone is lost. Require it for the office, and for teachers too.

    Who sees what

    Roles decide who reaches each part of the app, and you can make your own with see, change or neither for each part. A teacher sees only the rooms they are assigned.

    Family contact details

    Choose whether teachers see a family's phone, email, address and employer, or only who they are, with the office keeping how to reach them.

    No shared logins

    On a room tablet each teacher picks their own name by PIN for each action. The door kiosk asks for a close code, or a staff PIN, before it can be closed.

    Signed out when it should be

    Set how long each kind of login stays signed in without use, and sign a person out on every device at once. A role change signs them out too.

    Your data, whenever you want it

    Download your children, families, staff, attendance, absences, invoices and payments as one ZIP of spreadsheets, whether or not you subscribe.
