Daycare incident reports, medication and allergies
Injuries, medicine, allergies and shots, written down once and in front of the people who need them.
- 01
Incident reports families sign
Write what happened and tap where it hurts on a body outline. The family reads it in the app and types their name to acknowledge it. A later correction is added below the report, never written over it.
- 02
A review step if you want one
Turn it on and a report goes to the office first; a director approves it before the family sees it.
- 03
Medicine with the family's signature
The family fills in and signs the medicine form, and staff acknowledge it before the first dose. Each dose is recorded with the time and an optional witness, and the family sees it in the app and confirms they were told. A form signed over a year ago asks them to sign again.
- 04
Allergies where the food is
Tick a child's allergens and today's menu for the room is checked against them. A critical allergy shows on the attendance list and the room tablet.
- 05
Immunizations on your state's table
Each child's page shows what is due and overdue, judged on your state's schedule, which you can change where your license asks for more. Staff records keep doses, exemptions and lab titers.
- 06
Illness notices and outbreaks
Tell the families of the rooms involved, or the whole center, what to watch for and when a child may return, without naming the child. Pick the vaccine for an illness and see every child and staff member with no dose on file or an exemption.
