Child care software for Oregon centers
The parts of running a center that depend on your state, set up for Oregon instead of left for you to build.
Immunizations by your state's schedule
Each child's vaccines are checked against the CDC childhood schedule for their age, so the office sees who is due.
Oregon licensing forms, ready to send to families
10 official forms, fetched from the state's own site and kept in Farlow's form library. Pick one, mark where the answers go, and families fill it in and sign on their phone, with reminders until it comes back. Each name below opens the form on the state's own site.

Staff-child ratios in Oregon
From OAR 414-305-0400, staff-to-child ratios and group size for certified child care centers, Table 3A. In Farlow you set these bands once, and every room is counted against them as children check in and out.
| Age | Children per staff member | Largest group |
|---|---|---|
| 6 weeks to 24 months | 4 | 8 |
| 24 to 36 months | 5 | 10 |
| 36 months to school-age | 10 | 20 |
| School-age | 15 | 30 |
In a group of mixed ages, the youngest child's ratio and group size apply to the whole group (OAR 414-305-0400(11)).
These are Table 3A, for centers first certified after July 15, 2001. Older centers may use Table 3B, and a center with 16 or fewer children may use the mixed-age table (OAR 414-305-0400(6), (12)).
Read on October 22, 2026 from the state's published rule. The rule itself is what an inspector goes by.
