Staff-child ratios in New Mexico
From New Mexico Administrative Code 8.9.4, Requirements Governing Child Care Facilities, 8.9.4.23 Personnel and Staffing Requirements for Centers. In Farlow you set these bands once, and every room is counted against them as children check in and out.

In a group of mixed ages, the rule's own age groups apply (the table below): the narrowest one that holds every child in the group (8.9.4.23 NMAC C(1), Centers Where Age Groups Are Combined).

Mixes of children two and older that no combined group holds take the numbers for the age of most of the children (8.9.4.23 B(9)). Centers whose infant and toddler groups were larger before these rules may keep them while the ratios hold.
