    A summer camp, a school-break week or an after-school club, with its dates, schedule, places and age range, and the children on it.

    Families sign up and pay

    A family sees the programs that fit their child's age, with places left, and registers in the app. A paid program holds the place for 24 hours while the invoice is paid, and a full one takes a waiting list.

    Deposits and the rest later

    Take a deposit at sign-up and set the day the rest is due.

    Days, packages and bundles

    Sell a program whole, by package, or by the day with a price and places for each day. Price two or more programs together, and give a second child in the same program a percent off.

    Who can sign up, and when

    Set the days sign-up opens and closes, keep a program to families you give a code to, or offer it once a child has completed the one before.

    Places at a glance

    A report shows each program against its places: enrolled, waiting, open and how full it is.
