Before and after school program software
Built for a day that has a school in the middle of it. Coming to every center in the next Farlow update.
- 01
A morning part and an after-school part
Each child's week can have two times a day, say 7:00 to 8:15 before school and 3:00 to 6:00 after.
- 02
Know who didn't come back
If a child was here in the morning and isn't back after school, you get the same alert as a late morning arrival.
- 03
Bus, school or walked
Check-in notes how each child came: with family, off the bus, from school or walking. You get a warning if the family hasn't given permission for the bus or for walking.
- 04
Days when school is out
Mark a no-school day with your own hours. Children are expected for the whole day, and the ratio forecast counts them all day long.
- 05
Morning and afternoon rates
A morning-only day bills the morning price, an afternoon-only day the afternoon price, and a full day your day rate.
- 06
Hours that add up
The attendance report counts both visits on a split day, so the hours match the day the child really had.
- 07
Nothing for babies
When every child is five or older, the infant and toddler items are hidden from ratios, limits and staff records.
