Milestone checklists

30 months milestones checklist

CDC's list of what most children can do by 30 months, 15 milestones in four areas, on a sheet a teacher or a parent can mark. The Spanish sheet below uses CDC's own Spanish.

“Developmental milestones are things most children (75% or more) can do by a certain age.”CDC, Milestones by 30 months

A checklist is for watching a child grow, not a screening, and it does not replace one. Farlow is not part of CDC.

Or send the checklist to the family

In Farlow, each child's page opens CDC's checklist for their age. The room and the family both answer it, in English or Spanish. Families are told when a checklist opens and reminded until it's done, and a Not yet gets a follow-up only staff see.
